Navigation

The workspace has three fixed parts.

Top bar

At the top you’ll find the search bar (search everything), the language selector, notifications and your profile. Search is also available via a keyboard shortcut.

On the left is the navigation with all modules: Dashboard, Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, Files, Tasks, Chat, Meet, Browser and Vault. Organisation admins see a System section below it with admin options (Org Dashboard, Users, Company folders, Governance, AI policy, and more).

The sidebar can be collapsed for more room.

Tabs

Above the content, tabs let you keep several pages open at once — handy to use, for example, a document and your calendar side by side.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your starting point: unread email, today’s appointments, open tasks and chat activity at a glance. Organisation admins can also post an organisation message here that is visible to all members.
