I forgot my password

Contact your organisation’s admin, who can reset your password.

I can’t find a colleague in chat

Type part of the name or email address in the search field. You only find colleagues within your own organisation. If the colleague doesn’t appear, their account may have just been created — ask your organisation admin to check.

How do I share a file with a colleague?

Open Files, pick the file and use the share option. You can also share a file directly in a chat conversation.

How do I change the language?

The language selector is in the top bar, top right.

What is two-factor authentication (MFA)?

An extra security step on top of your password (a code or a security key). Whether it is required is decided by your organisation.

Does CanvOS work on my phone?

Yes. You open CanvOS via the browser on your phone at the same address (app.canvos.eu).

My document won’t open

Refresh the page and try again. If the problem persists, contact your organisation admin.

How do I log out?

Click your profile at the top right of the top bar and choose sign out.
