In Files you manage your personal and shared storage: upload, create folders, share and edit — all in the browser.

Editing documents

Office documents (text, spreadsheets, presentations) open directly in the built-in EuroOffice editor. The full toolbar is available: fonts, formatting, styles, tables and more. Changes are saved automatically.

Sharing

You can share files and folders with colleagues. Files shared via chat can be saved to your own storage with one click.

Company folders

Besides personal storage, there are company folders: shared folders automatically visible to the members of an organisation. See Company folders for managing them.

Behind the scenes

Storage runs on a self-hosted Nextcloud; documents are edited via the EuroOffice document server. Everything stays within your own infrastructure.
