Company folders
Company folders are shared folders that are automatically visible to the members of your organisation. They are managed by the organisation admin.
Creating a folder
- Go to Company folders in the System section.
- Enter a name under Create new folder and click Create.
The new folder is automatically shared with your organisation’s group, with full permissions (read, write, delete, share). All members then see the folder in Files.
Management
As an organisation admin you only see and manage your own organisation’s folders. You can adjust permissions and delete folders.
