Organisations

CanvOS is multi-tenant: each customer is an organisation with its own users, email domain, shared folders and admin settings. Organisations are strictly isolated — the address book and search only show members of your own organisation.

Roles

  • Organisation admin — manages only their own organisation: users, company folders, governance, AI policy, sessions and organisation messages.
  • User — uses the workspace within their own organisation.

Organisation admins see an extra System section in the sidebar with these options; regular users do not.

Admin options

  • Users — the organisation’s accounts.
  • Company folders — see Company folders.
  • Governance and AI policy — set policy per organisation.
  • Sessions — view and end active sessions of organisation members.
  • Organisation messages — post an announcement on the dashboard for all members.
