AI assistant

CanvOS includes an AI assistant that runs on European infrastructure — your questions and data never leave your environment.

What the assistant can do

  • Summarise your unread email.
  • Help plan your day or a meeting.
  • Summarise a chat conversation.
  • Answer general questions.

You’ll find the assistant on the dashboard and as a floating button in the workspace.

Privacy and memory

The assistant works within the limits your organisation sets. Admins can decide what is allowed via AI policy. The assistant runs on self-hosted models on European GPU infrastructure.
