Reaching a colleague

• Click a contact’s email address to start a new message right away — the recipient is already filled in.
• Start a chat conversation with a colleague from a contact.

Organisation-scoped

The address book only shows members of your own organisation. So you won’t see contacts from other organisations on the platform. This keeps the address book focused and respects the separation between organisations.

Tip

Can’t find a colleague? Their account may have just been created. Ask your organisation admin whether the account exists and is in the right organisation.
